Last week my pendants were featured on a cable news segment on Good Morning America Now. I am really thrilled for the exposure but was a little concerned when I realized she had mentioned they were all hand painted, instead of made with preprinted papers & photographs. At first I was pretty upset, the last thing I want is for people to be disappointed with their purchases but I realized that press is press and now I am just all giddy and grateful once again. So yay for me on ABC! (& thanks to Alyse Mandel for the great segment. You can view it in the side bar if you care to see.)
The exposure is awesome. I would be peeved too about the misinformation but I think that everyone is right that you make it very clear what you sell (lets hope they read it). I've almost lost complete faith in the news. Oh my gosh they can't even get it right with your jewelry, I know they're making up stuff on the news that really counts gosh!

Yea, I agree with cozysister. As long as you are clear about your product on the website, there's not much else you can do. :/

I wouldn't worry too much about this. Anyone who comes to buy a product from you will see the product description in front of them. But why not ask for a correction? If they don't do one no harm done, but if they do you'll be mentioned again:-)
